We hope you enjoy your visit at the beautiful South Towne Exposition Center, built by Salt Lake County for the 2002 Winter Olympics.
This venue is both convenient and accessible. Parking is free and there are no stairs! Food is available for purchase at concessions during show hours.

* Electric Scooter rental is available during the show for a fee of $60 per day. If you are attending classes on Wednesday and all three days of the show, there is special discount rate of $250 for all four days. These are first come, first served. Please make your reservations in advance by contacting Vickie at   or call 775-971-9266.

• There is no overnight parking allowed.
• Items lost during the show will be taken to the Security Office, at the south end of the Expo Center.

Driving Directions to the Main Sponsor Hotel (Country Inn & Suites) from the Expo Center:

• Start out going South on State Street for 1.2 miles
• Turn right (west) onto 10600 South
• Proceed on 10600 South for 1/2 mile. It will turn into South Jordan Parkway.
• Turn right (north) onto South Jordan Gateway.
• The hotel will be on your right after the car dealership. This is about a 5-minute drive.

Vendors & Teachers only: Special arrangements can be made to park trailers overnight in the back of the building, but no sleeping in the vehicles overnight is allowed, per Sandy City ordinance. Contact for an overnight parking pass.

QSC Expos / HMQS invites Guilds, Clubs and Groups to charter a bus and come join the fun at the South Towne Expo Center in Salt Lake City, UT, May 5 - 7, 2016. Pre-show classes begin Tuesday May 3th at 8 am.

So sit back, relax and let someone else worry about the road! Traveling to a quilt, sewing, and textile show as a group always adds to the fun.

Can’t fill a bus? No problem…..QSC Expo will publicize your bus trip to other attendees if your group is willing to accept non-guild members to join you on the road. Please contact Vickie at for more information about bus trips.

• There is a nearby TRAX stop at 9400 South.
  The in-town rail service line to the airport was completed in Spring of 2012 and runs every 20-30 minutes between 5:30am and 11:30pm. You can catch the green airport line into downtown Salt Lake City and then transfer to the blue line to come directly to the South Towne Expo Center.
• Many hotels offer complimentary shuttles to and from the South Towne Expo Center
• Airport shuttle and car service

Temple Square Van

The Temple Square Visitors Center offers a shuttle van to and from Temple Square in the center of Downtown Salt Lake City and the airport if you are interested in spending some time on your own in the city.

• Leaves airport every hour on the hour from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. for Temple Square -Boards at Terminal 1, Door 1 or Terminal 2, Door 12
