Instructor Information

Information about the instructor application for HMQS 2011:

  • Applications are due on or before July 25, 2010.
  • Complete the teaching application/class proposal online.
  • Notification will be sent to instructors on or before September 6, 2010.
  • Instructors will receive 55% of the total class fees and 100% of class handout or kit fees.
  • Recommended class fees are welcome.
  • Class periods are 2 hours for lecture/demo and 4 hours for hands-on.
  • Instructors are responsible for their own travel/lodging expenses.
To apply:
  • Click here and complete the teacher and class proposal application.
  • Fill out a separate form for each class proposal. After submitting the first class, you will be asked if you want to submit additional classes and your personal information will be automatically completed.
  • Be as specific as possible about class titles, descriptions, skill level, supplies provided, student supplies required, AV requirements and other relative class information. Class descriptions must not exceed 100 words.

Classroom space is limited, and the applications will be considered in the order that they are received. All class proposals will be reviewed by the HMQS Education Committee. Class proposal submission does not guarantee a teaching position at HMQS 2011. You will be notified by email.
